Wayne Hills High School PTO
Many of our high school students have become accustomed to using a school planner as an
organizational tool. We are sure that many would like to continue using planners for the
2012-2013 school year.
Wayne Hills PTO will once again be selling the academic planner for $10 each. The planner
will be personalized for Wayne Hills and will include a district calendar, bell schedule, etc.
The planner size is 8 ½ x 11 inches. The proceeds from this fundraiser will enable the PTO
to enrich your child’s high school experience.
If you would like to order a planner, fill out the form and return it to the address below with a
check for $10 made out to Wayne Hills PTO. Orders must be received by July 31st so that
we can place our order for the start of the 2012 school year. We will distribute the planners
on the first 3 days of school at your child’s lunch period so please remind them to pick up
their planner at that time.

The due date for the pre-orders is July 31, 2012. Orders will not be accepted after this
date. Only the students who participate in this advance order will have a planner
reserved for them. If you do not pre-order, your child may purchase a planner during
the sale on the first 3 days of school but it will be on a first come, first served basis.
