 PEER 1 subscribes to and monitors operating system vulnerabilities and will roll out patch updates for our Windows and Red Hat
servers. PEER 1 performs testing of all patches prior to deployment. However, due to the varying nature of customer solutions and
scenarios, customers have the option of opting out of these scheduled patches and performing their own patching. If the customer does
not subscribe to PEER 1 patching or restricts PEER 1’s access to the customer server, it is the customer’s responsibility to implement
patching policies and incorporate them into their security policy.

        Server operation advice and troubleshooting
        New Customer single server walkthrough
        Configuration of first five domains
        Web, FTP, DNS, and Mail troubleshooting service-specific support including: Apache enablement

Unsupported Items
Because the following issues fall outside of PEER 1 Managed Hosting’s control, we do not provide Technical Services for
the following:
        Domain Name propagation
        Non-PEER 1 routing issues
        Non-PEER 1 DNS server issues
        Third-party e-mail client configuration and use
        Third-party FTP client configuration and use
        HTML editors
        Scripting (limited scripting assistance is available for purchase from the PEER 1 Professional Services)
        Issues that cannot be recreated by PEER 1 Technical Services staff

Customer Obligations
Because these education and maintenance issues fall outside of PEER 1's control, we do not provide Technical Services
for the following:
         ISP connectivity
         SMTP mail relay blocking by ISP
         Site and data backup and restoration, unless purchased from PEER 1
         Site administration and content generation
         Access, MySQL, and SQL database administration and/or content generation, unless you have purchased
          additional Database Administration support from PEER 1
         Third-party modules, services or applications
         All systems with Hardware RAID configurations are monitored through PEER 1’s RAID monitoring software.
          Altering the preconfigured settings could impact PEER 1’s ability to monitor and determine if your RAID
          configuration is functioning properly.

Termination Fees
If you terminate this Agreement, or if PEER 1 terminates this Agreement for your breach, before the end of the Initial Term
or the Renewal Term, whichever is then applicable, you will be required to immediately pay all fees and costs accrued
before the termination date, all monthly recurring fees for each month remaining in the term and any other amounts you
owe to PEER 1 under this Agreement.


How to Open an Online Ticket
    1. Go to http://mypeer1.com and enter your domain name and secret word into the log on box.
    2. Click the Online Technical Support link from the sidebar. The Submit/Update Support Ticket screen displays.
    3. Click Create New Ticket and follow the onscreen instructions.


PEER 1 Service Level Agreement
PEER 1 is committed to providing services to its customers at a standard of excellence commensurate with the best
practice in the industry. Network uptime and server availability are of the highest importance. PEER 1 Hosting’s Service
Level Agreement located at http://peer1.com/aboutus/sla applies to PEER 1 Managed Hosting Server plans.
