INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO COMPLETE
  Employees are to complete the following sections
    Employee Signature
    Date next to signature - date is equal to the date the time sheet was and signed for submission to the employee's primary supervisor.
    Date next to Day field, if employee is completing a blank time sheet (has not been pre-populated with employee name and work schedule, that date for each day should be completed.
    Budget Code related to work - if the employee is unsure of the codes, please see the supervisor that you are working with. If you have multiple hours for the same budget within a day, please use the in/out fields on same line.
     Position/Job that employee is working.
    In/Out punches , including punching in and out for breaks and end of each day (over night shifts 11:59 p.m. out punch and 12 a.m. in punch the next day). Adjustments should be made to the primary position for late arrivals, early dismissals,
    being asked to worked past the end of the employee's shift.
    Total Hours - the number of hours worked for each line items in and out punches.
    Types of Hours - please see legend at bottom of time sheet. Hours worked should always be classified as "R" unless the hours relate to time worked on a holiday subject to premium pay. Any adjustments to the primary position where an
    employee takes time off should be coded appropriately, i.e. sick day, personal time, excused time off with out pay, unexcused time off without pay, suspended with pay, etc.....
         Time provided by ASD for early dismissals by the Executive Director or time off due to weather related issues where the School informs staff not to come in (excluding snow days where sick time is to be used) should be coded ASD Time
         Off.
    Comments provide any information helpful in the payment of compensation. Including the name of student and location for drivers; on call time; employee's name who an employee may be subbing for, etc… If using a blank time sheet (primary
    schedule has not been pre-populate) please note primary position in comment section for the employee's primary schedule.
    Total hours reported - calculate total worked and non-worked hours reported on the time sheets.
