Q: Am I required to live in the dorms?
A: Personnel in grades E-1 through E-3, and E-4 with less than 3 years of military
service are required to live in the dorms. E-4s with more than 3 years of service (YOS)
may live in the dorms on a space available basis, however, they still must process through
the dorm managers office for BAH/BAS paperwork.
Q: What if I get married while I live in the dorms?
A: Residents are authorized to move out of the dorms 60 days prior to getting married.
You must bring us an intent to wed letter signed by your First Sergeant. After you get
married, you must provide a copy of your marriage certificate to our office to attach to
your out-processing paperwork.
Q: What if I am divorced?
A: If you are in the pay grade of E-1 through E-3, and E-4 with less than 3 YOS, you are
required to live in the dorms.
Q: Do I have a room mate?
A: No, all dormitory rooms are single occupancy, however, you will share the bathroom
with another individual and in some cases, you will share a kitchenette and bathroom
with a suitemate.
Q: Can I have a pet?
A: The only pets allowed in the dorms are fish and the tank size is limited to 35 gallons.
Q: What furnishings are provided?
A: All rooms are furnished with a bed, end table, table lamp or hanging lamp, desk with
chair, T.V. armoire, activity table, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchenettes in each
suite also have a kitchen table with 2 chairs, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and
