To develop, implement and maintain the ROHT Examination process for ROHTs
2. Responsibilities and Authorities
The Board bestows the responsibility of stewardship upon the ROHT Examination Committee
Chairperson with the assistance of the committee members.
To ensure that the ROHT examination process is administered in a manner consistent with the ROH
Examination process to assure a level of competence that meets the highest standard of professional

Apply the same evaluation process used by the ROH Examination committee
a. Eligibility - All CRBOH members are eligible for committee membership.
b. Selection - Members are selected from the general membership pm am as-needed basis by personal
contact or by newsletter article.
c. Number of Members - A minimum of three committee members, including the chairperson, is
sufficient for the committee.
a. Member Status (Active/Inactive) - Both active and inactive CRBOH members can sit on this
d. Chairperson - The Chairperson is selected by the BoD and sits indefinitely. Other Chairpersons may
be drawn from the committee itself or may be a board member.
e. Term of Service - A minimum term of three years is normal practice.

a. Frequency and Location
Communication with committee members is conducted via mail, e-mail and telephone as required. Face-
to-face meetings are not held.
b. Expenses Paid by CRBOH
Minimal expenses, including telephone costs and mailing costs, are incurred. At the discretion of the
Chairperson, these costs may be submitted from-time-to-time to the Treasurer for Board approval.
