Ralph Troupe has been consulting for international businesses, start-ups, dot coms, CLECs, emerging businesses,
and Fortune 500 firms in the high-tech, telecommunications, gaming/entertainment, finance, healthcare,
pharmaceutical, and government sectors for 18 years. He is a trusted advisor to the C-suite and entrepreneurs and
can deliver solutions to solve complex problems pertaining to business and venture development, capital raising and
funding, deal structuring and execution, acquisition and exit strategy, channel development and global expansion,
operations, sales, marketing, and talent acquisition and management.

Prior to founding Troupe Global Consulting, Mr. Troupe was the founder and CEO of Callisma, a strategic
communications design and services consultancy that advised large, mid, and small-cap firms and government
agencies on their most complex communications challenges. In this capacity, Mr. Troupe raised $25M in second round
funding and $20M in series C capital despite operating in a CLEC dot.com bust economy. In just 8 months he grew the
firm to 250 of the best and brightest industry professionals. He forged groundbreaking alliances with top-tier
technology companies including Cisco and Brocade and developed an “industry first” marketing strategy and talent
retention program to elevate the Callisma brand and position the company as an industry thought leader and best
place to work.

Within 4 years Callisma became a sought after company with a stellar reputation for impeccable quality, processes,
and methodology. In 2003, Mr. Troupe sold Callisma to SBC, which subsequently acquired multiple companies and
became AT&T where Mr. Troupe continued on as President of AT&T Consulting.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Troupe was a founding member of the senior executive team of International Network
Services (INS), the first pure-play network consultancy of its kind. He held P&L responsibility for 40% of the company,
personally ran 17 of the field offices, managed 800 of the company’s employees, and was instrumental in shaping the
company’s culture, methodologies, and operations. After several promotions, at age 35 he was on the S1 filing and
part of the team that helped position the company for the multibillion-dollar sale to Lucent Technologies.

In addition, Mr. Troupe was the President of Corporate Sales & Marketing for Origin Healthcare Solutions, a provider of
revenue cycle management services and software and he has also held sales and sales management positions at
NCR, 3M, and Lexcel Network Management Software.

Mr. Troupe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and
graduated from Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program for International Senior Managers. While
CEO and Chairman at Callisma, he held a top secret government clearance with the Department of Defense.
