                                     POSITION SUMMARY/ PURPOSE OF POSITION
 The Internet Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing all facets of the online sales channel. The position
 reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the new car and used car sales teams. The Internet
 Coordinator receives and responds to internet sales inquiries, qualifies customers and sets appointments for sales
 consultants to guide them through the buying process. As with all positions in our dealerships, the Internet
 Coordinator is expected to work with a high sense of integrity.

                        Develop and maintain accurate new and used vehicle lists for online sales which include year,

                        Build business by initiating and receiving phone calls and responding to internet generated
                        leads from customers seeking to purchase automobiles. Timely responses to customer
                        inquiries are critical to setting appointments resulting in sales and achieving customer
                        satisfaction. Develop, maintain and utilize accurate data base(s) of prospects and customers
                        for online vehicle sales. Craft and release bulk e-mail bulletins and newsletters to drive sales.

                        Respond to all internet inquiries with the goal of closing sales in as few contacts as possible.
                        Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Help customer make
                        selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions and making
                        appointments for the customer to meet a qualified sales consultant to review vehicle options
                        and close the sale. Maintain professional interaction with all customers and fellow employees.
                        Meet or exceed personal appointment setting goals on a monthly basis. Track and
                        communicate all activity including contacts and sales to management team in accordance with

                                          MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR HIRE

 Education (Degree)             High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred.
