I agree to abide by the following rules and expectations while videotaping events
and making TV Shows for the FNF Hud-TV Club. Failure to do so will result in being
asked to leave the event and the FNF Hud-TV Club.

   1. Attend any pre-production meetings and practice any skills that you need for
      your crew assignment.
   2. Be on site and check in with the producer at least 30 minutes before the
      event/show taping.
   3. Stay on task and work hard during setup, filming, and take down. Don’t leave
      before the producer breaks the crew. Clean up after yourself. Leave things as
      they should be – not as you found them or where they were when you
      finished.
   4. Do your job to the best of your ability. Ask for help when you need it. Speak
      up if something isn’t working correctly or if something was broken.
   5. Be respectful to all club members.

My own show idea
Parents:

The purpose of the Friday Night Frenzy and HSPN Clubs is to have fun with video by
making TV Shows for airing on the Hud-TV Educational Channel (Comcast Ch.9 /
Verizon Ch. 43). Some of the skills your student will learn are: Hosting, Producing,
Directing, Camera, Reporting/Interviewing, Editing, and Voiceovers. FNF will meet
every Friday in room C102 (TV Studio) from 6-8:30pm. HSPN will meet during
various times according to the sports taping schedule.
All shows will be taped with the Friday Night Frenzy Hud-TV Club Advisor, Lynda
Chilton or HSPN Club Advisor, Cam Ciesluk. Some events may require students to
sign-out Hud-TV equipment to gather additional footage as needed. Any equipment
signed out must be returned the following day or on a Monday following a weekend.

The FNF Hud-TV Club will be utilizing a Google Calendar, Google documents and
Gmail to help organize our weekly meetings and events. If your student does not
have a GMAIL email address, we can create one for them.

By signing below, you give your consent for your student to join the FNF Hud-TV
Club and have a GMAIL account created for him/her. By signing below, you also
assign all rights and releases from liability the producers/Hud-TV for the recording,
reproduction, exhibition and cablecasting your son/daughter’s visual image and
voice for non-profit use. Hud-TV runs three local cable access channels and is
cablecast to the town of Hudson. Please contact Mrs. Chilton at
