CIRCULAR TO ALL PARENTS

First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the support and solidarity
extended to us during this first phase of the academic session. I am thanking you for all the
support you have provided not only in the successful completion of another stage of your
child’s education but his/her all round development.
Your child will be carrying the evaluated answer scripts of I Assessment home. Each
evaluated answer script, itself, is a clear indicator of the kind of preparedness your child
should have for the next session, both in terms of a strong resolve to perform better and tips
as to make up some of the missed opportunities in the last session.
May I draw your attention to the following matters:
1. Parent – Teachers’ Meeting:
Parent – Teachers’ Meeting is being arranged on Tuesday, the 4th September, 2012 from
9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. You are requested to make use of this and interact with teachers
to know about your wards’ academic performance, behavioural problems, participation
in co-curricular activities, etc.
It is compulsory for parents of X, I PUC & II PUC to meet the teachers with your wards.
I advise you to make it in the forenoon session so that you can freely discuss the
matter concerning your wards.
Parents may also meet the following academic coordinators regarding the academic
performance of their wards during Parent – Teachers’ Meeting.

2. Second Installment Annual Fee:
The last date for the payment of II installment annual fee is 2nd October, 2012. We
appreciate if you could pay it on or before the last date. I regret to note that a few
parents, in spite of repeated reminders don’t pay the fees. Therefore, if the fee is not paid
before the deadline, a fine of R 500/- will be levied each day, for a period of 10 days,
failing which the name of the student will be deleted from the roll.
You may also remit the payment directly to our savings bank account with Canara Bank,
Gonikoppal OR State Bank of India, Virajpet clearly mentioning your name and
ward’s name. Our NEFT / RTGS Nos. are given below:

3. Project Work for V to VIII students:
Instead of II Unit Test, the above classes will have projects. Topic for each project is given
to your wards. You may kindly help your wards to collect the required materials. Project
should be hand-written.
4. Mid-Term Vacation:-
The school closes for mid-term vacation on Tuesday, the 2nd October, 2012. Kindly pick
your wards from the school after 9.00 a.m. on that day. The school reopens on Thursday,
the 1st November, 2012. All boarders should report back before 4.00 p.m. on the same
day. Please do ensure that your wards make use of the vacation fruitfully.
5. Strict vigilance by parents:
Your co-operation is necessary to maintain the sanctity of the school. Please check their
luggage before leaving for school to ensure that they do not carry any objectionable things.
The day boarding students’ parents should always monitor their wards, the company they
keep, study habits, telephone calls, SMS and Social network (Facebook, Twitter, etc). We
should move with the time and be vigilant always.
6. Parents of Std. VIII to II PUC to note:
Kindly deposit the copy of the passport, consent letter, tour charges if your ward is
participating in any of the educational tours by 4th September 2012.
