        2003 Best New Restaurant according to Seattle Magazine. A top restaurant
        destination and culinary gem in West Seattle's Junction District.
       Responsibilities included overseeing the servers, bartenders, and their support
        staff on the dining room floor as well as offering my assistance with the wine and
        spirit selections for the restaurant guests.

   A top bartender and server for The Palace Kitchen, a nationally top 25 rated
    restaurant in Gourmet Magazine in 2001 and a consistently busy
    restaurant in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood.
   Part of the opening management team of LOLA, Tom & Jackie's Greek
    inspired restaurant as Wine & Spirits Manager & Maitre’d.
   I created and authored the wine and specialty cocktail lists.
   I managed the maintenance of the bar inventory.
   My management duties also included meeting with various wine reps to
    determine wine list placement, bookkeeping, office tasks and
    managing the dining room floor.

      I was a server and bartender in this airport's Cheers concept brewpub.
      Due to it's location at the junction between two of Sea-Tac airport's widely
       traveled terminals this bar was by far the busiest.
