									               FLORY PDS Problem Resolving Protocol
Student Teacher – Cooperating Teacher
Step 1      An attempt should always be made to work out any issues or
            concerns with one another prior to elevating it to the next
            level.
Step 2      Cooperating Teacher – Should contact the Flory PDS
            Coordinator to express their concerns regarding the student
            teacher.

             Student Teacher – Should contact their University Supervisor
             first, Coordinator for Candidate Placement second, and the
             PDS Coordinator last, to express their concerns regarding the
             cooperating teacher
Step 3       If not resolved in step 2, The Flory PDS Coordinator and the
             Coordinator for Candidate Placement and/or the CLU PDS
             Coordinator will meet to discuss the conflict
Step 4       The Flory PDS Coordinator and the CLU Coordinator (s) will
             set up a meeting with all parties to discuss the conflict and
             determine an action plan for resolution

Student Teacher – University Supervisor
Step 1      An attempt should always be made to work out any issues or
            concerns with one another prior to elevating it to the next
            level.
Step 2      University Supervisor – Should contact first contact the
            Coordinator for Candidate Placement to express their concerns
            regarding the student teacher. The CLU PDS Coordinator
            should be kept informed

             Student Teacher – Should first contact the Coordinator for
             Candidate Placement to express their concerns regarding the
             University Supervisor. The CLU PDS Coordinator should be
             kept informed.
Step 3       The Flory PDS Coordinator and the CLU Coordinator (s) will
             meet to discuss the conflict
Step 4       The Flory PDS Coordinator and the Coordinator for Candidate
             Placement and the CLU PDS Coordinator will set up a
             meeting with all parties to discuss the conflict and determine
             an action plan for resolution
University Supervisor - Cooperating Teacher

             Supervisor.

             University Supervisor – Should first contact the Coordinator
             for Candidate Placement to express their concerns regarding
             the cooperating teacher. The CLU PDS Coordinator should be
             kept informed
Step 3       The Flory PDS Coordinator and both Coordinator of
             Candidate Placement and the CLU PDS Coordinator will meet
             to discuss the conflict
Step 4       The Flory PDS Coordinator and both CLU will set up a
             meeting with all parties to discuss the conflict and determine
             an action plan for resolution
