             Chef John Folse to appear in Christmas Festival Parade
NATCHITOCHES – The Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that
renowned Louisiana Chef John Folse will be a part of the 84th Annual Natchitoches Christmas
Festival on Saturday, Dec. 4.

Chef John Folse is well known for a variety of culinary accolades as well as his collection of
cookbooks, which include “The Encyclopedia of Cajun and Creole Cuisine, Hooks, Lies &
Alibis” and “After the Hunt: Louisiana's Authoritative Collection of Wild Game & Game Fish
Cookery.”

Chef John Folse will be riding in the Christmas Festival Main Parade at 2 p.m. on Dec. 4 and
will also sign books at The Book Merchant, located at 512 Front Street in the Natchitoches
Historic District, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
