      Don’t Forget! ECNV’s 30th Anniversary Gala will be held on October 20, 2012 at
       the Westin Arlington Gateway Hotel in Ballston! Sponsorships are still available!

ECNV ACTIVITIES

      Free Seminars: Becoming a Professional Consumer-Directed Assistant
       The ENDependence Center of Northern Virginia and Loudoun ENDependence will
       sponsor free seminars for individuals interested in becoming a professional consumer-
       directed assistant.

DISABILITY SERVICES BOARD (DSB) MEETINGS

     Fairfax Area Disability Services Board (FA-DSB) will meet on Sept. 10th at the West
      Springfield Gov’t Center (special location for this month only). Contact Jill Clark at 703-

     Alexandria Commission on Persons with Disabilities (ACPD) will meet on Sept. 12th

     Arlington County Disability Advisory Commission (ACDAC) will meet on Sept. 18th

COMMUNITY MEETING

     The NOVA Chapter of the American Council of the Blind (ACB) will meet on Sept.

     Potomac Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia will meet on

     NOVA Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) & Fibromyalgia (FM) Support Group will

      chair; 2 standard walkers; 2 commode chairs (they have wheels); 2 pairs of crutches; 1
