It is time to reserve a table-top booth during the Texas Health Care Association's 2010
Spring Resource Fair being held on April 21st from 11:30 to 1:30 in conjunction with our
Assisted Living Symposium (April 20th and 21st) and our Nurses Spring Conference (April
21st and 22nd.) Both conferences will be at the Hyatt Lost Pines in Bastrop, Texas.
A buffet-luncheon with the exhibitors is planned for all attendees. Come be a part of this
always fun and well attended THCA spring event. We have overlapped the two
conference groups to provide our business members with an excellent opportunity for
product and service exposure. In 2009 we had over 200 Long Term Care Professionals
including AL Managers, NF Administrators, DONs, ADONs, Consultant Nurses, and
others attend the Assisted Living Symposium & Nurses Spring Conference combined.
Attached is an Exhibitor Registration Form, which includes information regarding cost and
setup. Please return your registration form ASAP. Space is limited to approximately
46 6’ table-top exhibits. Details about the hotel, floor plan for exhibits and a copy of the
two conference registration brochures will be sent to all Spring Resource Fair registrants
and exhibitors once finalized.
If you would like to provide a door prize to be given as part of the Resource Fair, please
indicate what the item(s) will be in the appropriate space on the registration form.
This Resource Fair is very popular, space will go quickly. If you have questions, please

NOTE: Your company must be a THCA Member in good standing to participate in this
event. If your company is not a business member of THCA, you will receive an additional
invoice for $1000 for business membership dues. Your 2010 business membership is
effective Jan 1, 2010 – Dec 31, 3010.

a non-refundable deposit. If we cancel our booth reservation on or before March 26, 2010
