INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
PROPOSED OFFICE ACCOMMODATION FOR THE PORT
MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF WEST AND CENTRAL AFRICA
(PMAWCA), LAGOS


1.0 INTRODUCTION

  The Nigerian Ports Authority hereby invites reputable and competent
  Contractors to submit tenders for the above-captioned project.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS

  The scope of works involves the construction of a storey building for office
  accommodation which entails the following:

            (a)     Excavation and Earth Works
            (b)     Concrete Works
            (c)     Block Works
            (d)     Roofing Works
            (e)     Finishes.

3.0 REQUIREMENTS:

    Interested reputable companies are required to submit the following
    documents:

    (i)     Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs
            Commission

    (ii)    Verifiable proofs of company’s technical ability to undertake
            Engineering projects. Similar and other projects successfully
            executed will be an added advantage.

    (iii)   Company’s financial details including tax clearance certificate &
            audited accounts for the last three years

    (iv)    Evidence of VAT Registration/Remittance Certificate
      (v)    Company’s profile to include names, qualifications, experiences of
             key personnel

      (vi)   Payment of a non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand
             Naira only).

      (vii) Registration with Nigerian Ports Authority.

4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS

      Technical Tender documents would be collected from the office of the
      Executive Director (Engineering and Technical Services) on the 5 th floor,
      NPA Building, 26/28 Marina, Lagos on evidence of the payment of a non-
      refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Naira only).

5.0   PAYMENT TERMS

      Payment for the non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 is to be made as
      required in certified Bank Draft in favour of Nigerian Ports Authority, paid
      at the Headquarters with receipt(s) attached to the Bids.

6.0   SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

      The completed Financial and Technical Tenders must be separately
      submitted in quadruplet, in a sealed envelope addressed to the
      “SECRETARY TO THE BOARD, NIGERIAN PORTS AUTHORITY”
      and    clearly marked “TENDER FOR THE PROPOSED OFFICE
      ACCOMMODATION                   FOR THE PORT MANAGEMENT
      ASSOCIATION OF WEST AND CENTRAL AFRICA(PMAWCA)” and
      dropped into the Tender Box located on the 6 th floor, Nigerian Ports
      Authority Corporate Headquarters, 26/28 Marina, Lagos not later than
      six(6) weeks from the date of this publication. All tenders will be opened
      the next working day in the Board Room, Nigerian Ports Authority
      Corporate Headquarters, 26/28, Marina, Lagos by 11.00 a.m., in the
      presence of all bidders or their representatives.

APAPA HOUSING), APAPA, LAGOS

1.0   INTRODUCTION

The Nigerian Ports Authority hereby invites reputable and competent Contractors
to submit tenders for the above-captioned project:

The scope of works involves the construction of a storey building for office
accommodation and store for record keeping, which entails:

              (a)    Demolition Works
              (b)    Excavation and Earth Works
              (c)    Concrete Works
              (d)    Block Works
              (e)    Roofing Works
              (f)    Finishes.

       a.m., in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
