36.   DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST.

      Cllr P A J Norton declared a personal interest in 15/0886/10/F/DK –
      Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd, Nelson Road.

      Cllr Smith declared a personal interest in 15/0862/10/F/CM - Townstal
      Community Hall, Davis Road.

      Cllr Hern declared a personal interest in 15/0862/10/F/CM - Townstal

37.     CORRESPONDENCE.

        Cllr P J Norton reported that he had attended a meeting at South Hams
        District Council at which it was stated that the Development Control would
        now be called the Development Management Service. It was also noted
        that the planning surgeries would no longer take place in the parishes but
        pre-application planning advice would be available by phone or by
        personal callers at Follaton House.
