    Job Description

    Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Corporate Concierge is responsible for performing a variety of functions,
    including servicing our clients, managing supplier relations, communications activities, promotions activities and
    general office administration.



    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Corporate Concierge is responsible for performing a variety of functions,
    including servicing our clients, managing supplier relations, communications activities, promotions activities and
    general office administration.

     Working with the Concierge Team, assist with the processing of client requests and responding to client calls, e-
      mails, and in-person requests, assembling ticket orders and building strong relationships with clients;
     Working with the Concierge Team, execute a variety of ongoing administrative tasks, including monthly
      reporting, twice-weekly ticket deliveries, managing contact lists and inventory, customer feedback and general
      office administration;
     Working with the Concierge Team and Marketing Team, seek out and confirm offers with new and existing
      ticket suppliers;
     Working with the Marketing Team, assist with the ongoing communications activities of the company including
      work with the web site, newsletter and weekly e-mail, as required.

    Qualifications

     Post-secondary diploma or degree required;
     Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service position;
     Familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Office;
     Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
     Concierge and/or corporate culture experience a plus.
