This letter serves to confirm Casual Games Association’s Casual Connect Seattle 2010, A
Conference for Casual Game Developers, Publishers, Distributors, etc, organized by the Casual
Games Association, P.O Box 302 Layton, Utah, 84041, USA. At this time, the Casual Games
Association will hold its fifteenth Members Meeting. The Casual Games Association Summer
Members Meeting & Casual Connect Conference will be returning to Benaroya Hall in Seattle,
Washington USA from July 20th – 22nd 2010.

Members of the Casual Games Association are dedicated to growing the casual games market and
encouraging trade between international companies and their local domains. Attendance at
international meetings to establish relationships with leading companies in the casual games
space is vitally important to the success of companies outside the United States inside this rapidly
emerging field and to ensure that their domain is properly represented at the Casual Games
Association Summer Members Meeting.

We would highly appreciate if necessary visa or entrance could be granted and extended for the
period of July 17th through July 26th to Members of the Casual Games Association as delegates of
the Casual Games Association’s Summer Members Meeting & Conference accordingly.
