         General Comments: Links were not always active so it was difficult at times to locate
         information in the syllabus and return to the correct place in the narrative. Please check
         links prior to submitting future documents. Having the Handbook available on the
         institution’s web page or in a separate file would have assisted reviewers.

         At times the narrative, Standards 11 and 13 especially, just repeated the language of the
         standards without describing HOW the institution has implemented the concepts in the
         standard.
