									                                 United Guaranty HAMP Reporting Template


   Instructions
   Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) loans should be reported to United Guaranty using the attached template on
   a monthly basis. These files contain data that’s considered non-public personal information. United Guaranty strongly
   encourages the use of encryption software when submitting files.

   The following events must be reported within 30 days:

      Trial Period first payment made
      Trial Period failure or cancellation
     Execution of the Modification

   Loans should remain on the report until the modification is completed or cancelled. Loans that successfully completed the
   modification should remain on the report until after the second payment is received post-modification and then be removed
   from the report the following week.

   The reporting data requirements are as of August 23, 2010 and are subject to change based on development of the
   parameters of the programs. All information provided is considered certified as true and correct in all material ways by the
   party submitting the information who additionally acknowledges that United Guaranty is relying on the accuracy and
   completeness of the information as provided as a condition for the continuation of the mortgage insurance coverage for the
   loan(s) detailed in this document.
