                                  Sunday, 2 September 2012


A Corporate Meeting of Marcellus First Presbyterian Church, Marcellus New York, was called to order at
10:30 am in the Sanctuary. Elder Randy Bacon served as Moderator.

Call to Order – Vice President, Randy Bacon at 10:30am

Call for the Quorum – Secretary, Todd Jirousek AFFIRMED

    1. Motion from Nicki Arnett to reaffirm members of Session as the Trustees of the First
       Presbyterian Church of Marcellus, Inc. APPROVED (seconded by Brian Gates)
    2. Motion from Nicki Arnett to reaffirm the selection of the Officers of the Corporation
       APPROVED (seconded by Brian Gates)
           a. President, Current Chair of Finance and Stewardship, Brian Abbott
           b. Vice-President, Current Chair of Buildings and Grounds, Randy Bacon
           c. Secretary, Current Clerk of Session, Todd Jirousek
           d. Treasurer, Current Church Treasurer, Susan Cramer
    3. Motion from Dom Patti to reaffirm the application for a loan of $46,947.00 for seven (7) years
       at 3.95% interest from the Presbyterian Investment and Loan Program to pay off the balloon
       payment on the previous boiler loan APPROVED (seconded by Brian Gates)
    4. Motion from Charlie Smith to approve the sale of the Fenlon House property to Rim Cox for
       $89,500 less expenses with the net proceeds to be placed in the Capital Improvement Fund
       APPROVED (seconded by Brian Gates)

Some time was spent answering questions from congregation; no further business pursued.
