Emergency Procedures:
 INHALATION:1.When safe to enter area, remove from exposure.

  breathing)if needed.
                       3.Keep warm and at rest.
                       4.Get medical attention immediately.

       chemical remains.(at least 15 minutes)
 INGESTION:Impossible ingestion, It is unlikely that emergency treatment
will be required, If needed, get medical attention..

Major health hazards:difficulty breathing
Protection to first aid person:
   1. Use personal protection such as protective clothing and safety goggles, if
      needed.
   2. Avoid inhalation, and can cause the fire caused explosive.
Note to physician :For inhalation, consider oxygen.

5.FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

Suitable Extinguishing Media:regular dry chemical, carbon dioxide, water,
                                regular Foam.
Large fires:Use regular foam or flood with fine water spray.
Fire and explosion hazards:
   1. Severe fire hazard.
   2. Pressurized containers may rupture or explode if exposed to sufficient heat.
   3. Vapor/air mixtures are explosive above flash point.
   4. Electrostatic discharges may be generated by flow or agitation resulting in
      ignition or explosion.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures:
   1. Standing in the place of upwind side. Protective clothing and air mask are
      needed for fireperson.
   2. Stop leak if possible without personal risk. Let burn unless leak can be
      stopped immediately.
   3. Move container from fire area if it can be down without risk.
   4. For fires in storage area:
4.1 Cool containers with water from unmanned hose holder or monitor nozzles until
well after fire is out. If this is impossible then take the following precautions:
(1)Keep unnecessary people away, isolate hazard and deny entry.(2)
Withdraw immediately in case of rising sound from venting safety device or
any discoloration of tanks due to fire.
4.2 For tanks, railcar or tank truck, extinguish and isolate from other flammables.
Evacuation radius, 800meters (1/2miles).Do not attempt to extinguish fire
unless flow of material can be stopped first. Flood with fine water spray. Cool
containers with water spray until well after. Avoid inhalation of material or
combustion by-products. Stay upwind and keep out of low areas.
Special equipment for the protection of firefighters:
     1. 1. Protective clothing and breathing air mask.
     2. 2. Do not enter the confined area without wearing Protective clothing and
         using breathing air mask.

   2. Do not touch spilled material.
Environmental Precautions:
   1. Stop leak if possible without personal risk.
   2. Reduce vapors with water spray.
   3. Keep unnecessary people away.
   4. Isolate hazard area and deny entry.
   5. Ventilate closed spaces before entering.
   6. Survey the information about exposure control/personal protection, to avoid
      air pollution effect.
Methods for Cleaning Up:
