SALES EXECUTIVES Job Description: Sales Executive will be principally responsible for sales of all our products such as Warehousing, Local Distribution, Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Road Transportation business. Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target Develop new clients and retain the existing ones Respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution of service. To have good knowledge of service providers and customers To prepare business plan, formulate sales strategies to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities Qualification & Attributes Highly motivated and Self-starter with business acumen Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers Independent, resourceful, and possess high drive to excel Experience in Freight Forwarding/ Shipping Sales with proven track records Good understanding of market trend Ability to take initiative and responsibility Computer literate Good command of English (knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage) Computer literate Cultural sensitive 4. CUSTOMER SERVICE -EXECUTIVE Job Description: Attend to all external and internal customer queries, communicate the information related to bookings, documentation, billings and schedules of vessels, ports, rates, etc. Back-up support for sales department and coordinate with documentation, operations, and accounts departments to ensure the correct information is entered into the system. Coordinate and arrange the documentation for ports and vessels Timely updating of systems with the customers queries, feedbacks, and any other relevant information Preparation of quotations to local clients Coordination for smooth clearance of cargo and solving customer queries. Qualification & Attributes: Any Post-Graduate/Graduate with approx 2-3years customer service experience in shipping. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Age limit 23 - 28 years. Computer literate 5. DOCUMENTATION – EXECUTIVE (Job Code: ED/QAT/02) Job Description: Responsible for handling import / export documentation Timely updating of data into the systems or business software Coordinate with operations and customer service departments for accurate data updation Manifests updating related to ocean freight within the given turnarounds Qualification & Attributes: Any Graduate with approx 1-2 years customer service experience in shipping or documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Age limit 23 - 28 years.
