          Vee TlME to Launch VeeTV, Powered by Microsoft Mediaroom
  The new TV service will provide consumers with access to a highly customized TV experience;
   delivering more entertainment content to more types of screens, using a single cloud-based
                                        infrastructure



Taipei, October 26, 2010 -- Microsoft Corp. today announced that Vee TIME Corp., a quadruple
play service provider in Taiwan will launch VeeTV, a connected TV service powered by the
Microsoft Mediaroom Internet Protocol television (IPTV) platform. This is expected to be the first
Microsoft Mediaroom-enabled TV service to launch in Taiwan.


Vee TV will meet the needs of all family members regardless of their age and gender. VeeTV will
enable customized programming for consumers, which features:
           My Dashboard to provide useful daily life information such as breaking news, lotteries,
            train schedules, weather in different cities, etc. concurrently, while watching TV
           Multiview which can display several local, regional, and international sports events on
            the same screen
           Multi-screen access across TV, PC, Xbox 360, cell phone, Slate PC, and other Internet
            devices
           Interactive online games
           Windows Live for TV
           Internet shopping, audio books, and interactive fitness instruction
