                            The Special Education Website
The website has been updated and will continue to change as necessary to meet the needs of the
department. Your input is welcome. Contact Samantha Espinosa (espinosas@mdusd.k12.ca.us)
with any ideas, comments, concerns, or questions.

To access the website start by going to www.mdusd.org

Click on Departments (located on the left side of the page.)

Then click on Special Education (also on the left side of the page.)

The choices are now:

     Special Education Home
     Special Education Training
     Special Education Forms
     Goals & Objectives
     Special Ed. State Testing
     Behavioral Support
     Special Edition Newsletter
     MDUSD Parent Liaison Office

In order to access the new forms click on Special Education Forms.

You should have adobe reader 9.0 or higher installed on your computer to use the new forms.
Make sure you have highlighting turned on to see the “fill-able” areas. Unfortunately some
district forms are still in omni-fill format, we are working to fix this.

Remember to download and “save as” each of the forms on your computer before inputting any
student information. When you “save as” change the file name so that you find it later. As you
write IEPs you will want to “save as” again with the student name to be able to easily access each
student’s information later.

The forms were created by the State SELPA group and can not be altered. We understand that
they do not match our previous forms, but we must adapt. The old forms are unavailable.

The MIS Help Desk is available to help you on the forms:
