                      Personal Profile (Final-Year Students)

The aim of this personal profile is for me, your supervisor, to gain more insight into
the knowledge and skills you have gained during your Year Abroad, and even before
then. This will help in determining the main areas for consideration as part of the
PDP process, and should help me to give you the best possible advice.

A number of headings have been provided for your convenience. However, feel free
to add any other information which you think is relevant.

Please complete this form prior to our first PDP meeting, and bring along two copies.

Many thanks,

Your supervisor
