    ORDER NO. 5 (REVISED)


    It appearing that changes in the operational facilities of the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee

and Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel have resulted in the need to modify the service provisions

contained in this Court’s original Order No. 5, it is hereby ordered that service on Plaintiffs'
Steering Committee and on Plaintiffs' National Liaison Counsel (whether of documents prepared

by parties or of documents and orders of the Court) should NOT be made separately on Liaison

Counsel (Francis H. Hare, Jr., and J. Michael Rediker) at their individual office addresses, but

rather should be made by a single transmission as follows:
     Office of Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel
     MDL 926 Breast Implant Litigation
     2008 Second Avenue North
     The Singer Building
     Birmingham, AL 35203


    In accordance with Order No. 5, case-specific materials prepared by parties should also be

served on counsel for the affected individual plaintiffs. Mr. Hare and Mr. Rediker remain as

Liaison Counsel for Plaintiffs; this order affects only how service on them is to be made.
