�Kile Turner is a partner in the Birmingham, Alabama litigation

							“Kile Turner is a partner in the Birmingham, Alabama litigation firm of Norman, Wood, Kendrick & Turner.
He is a 1990 graduate of the University of New Mexico where he majored in International Management.
He earned his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham in
1994. Mr. Turner began practicing with the Norman, Wood firm immediately out of law school and
became a partner in 2000. His practice focuses on all areas of defense and commercial litigation and he
has tried over 70 cases throughout the state. He is a past chair of the DRI Young Lawyers Committee,
and is currently on the steering committee for DRI’s Trial Tactics Committee. He is vice-chair of the Trial
Tactics Committee for the FDCC. In 2006 he was named one of Birmingham’s “Top 40 Under 40” and is
a 2008 “Alabama Superlawyer.” Most importantly, he and his wife Sara are blessed with five children.”
