* Stalls will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

* If you require electricity this must be indicated on this form.


The fee for the stall is free of charge for the first six Sundays & £20:00 thereafter. You will
be provided with a Stall/Table which provides room for your goods.

A registration fee of £10:00 will apply. This will go towards workers putting up and taking them
down stalls.

How to pay:

You will be given the payment details once your stall application form has been confirmed.

Stall Holder Conditions & Requirements

Event: Eastway Sunday Market

Every Sunday

Venue: Cre8 Centre, 80 Eastway, Hackney wick, London E9 5JH

Selection of Stallholders

Stall holders will be selected upon their relevance and the variety of stalls at the event.
Submission of the application form and associated materials does not constitute acceptance of
your application. You will be advised of the outcome of the application.


* Payment for stalls must be received prior to the event.

* Stall bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
General trading guidelines

* Your application must describe the goods / services that you are going to offer.

* You must not offer faulty second-hand electrical or toiletry goods or counterfeit goods.

* Stalls offering face painting or henna must display the ingredients of the products being used to
ensure attendees do not have a bad skin reaction. A consent form must be signed by a parent or
guardian for minor’s younger than 18 years of age.

* Stalls offering therapy or cosmetic services must hold the relevant certificates and
qualifications. Qualifications must be displayed at the stall when offering services involving
massaging or touching skin or hair of attendees. A consent form must be signed by a parent or
guardian for minor’s younger than 18 years of age.

* If the stall does not comply with these standards they will either not be admitted to the event or
asked to leave. No refund will be made of the stall booking fees.

Set Up Time

* Stallholder are advised to set up at 8am (08:00)

* Stallholders will be advised to set down no later than 3pm (15:00)

Electrical Equipment

* All electrical equipment must display current PAT testing compliance certification.

* Cables – You must use the appropriate cables and sockets. Cables must not create a trip hazard.
Electrical installation must be protected by a residual current device (RCD)


* You are responsible for keeping your surrounding area clean and tidy. Please leave your
selected area in the condition you found it. Costs for the repair of any damage will be charged to
the stallholder.
