           Six practical tips for effective listening
   1. Develop the desire to listen
   2. Let the other person do most of the talking
          a. 70/30 rule
          b. don’t interrupt


   3. Ask lots of open ended questions


   4. Be objective


   5. Listen Actively
          a. Let the other person know that you are listening
                  i. Move into a listening posture, make appropriate eye contact
