 If you are not satisfied with our service and wish to make a complaint,
  we would ask that in the first instance you telephone the Chief
  Executive of Poole CVS, Christopher Beale, and discuss your problem
  with him. Most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily if we can
  talk about them. If you feel a need to pursue a formal complaint, the
  process is described overleaf.

If you wish to make a complaint, the procedure is detailed below

Stage One   Please put your complaint in writing on this form or in a letter, and
(Internal)  return it to the Chief Executive at the above address. You will
            receive an acknowledgement within working five days and a
            response within two weeks.
Stage Two   If you are not satisfied with the Chief Executive’s response, you
(Internal)  should write to David Watt, The Chair of the Executive Committee,
            at the above address. You will receive an acknowledgement within
            working five days and a response within two weeks.
Stage Three In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied, you can:
(External)   Request that Poole CVS puts the complaint before an
               independent arbiter. The choice of arbiter would be agreed
               between ourselves and you.
             Request that the Charity Commission investigates the complaint.
               The Charity Commission is the body that regulates charities; if
               you wish to know more about them you can look at their website:
               www.charity-commission.gov.uk. Their regional office can be
               contacted at Woodfield House, Tangier, Taunton, Somerset,
               TA1 4BL
            Poole CVS agrees to be bound by any decision arrived at through
            the external complaints procedure.
