You will receive an acknowledgement within working five days and a response within two weeks. Stage Two If you are not satisfied with the Chief Executive’s response, you (Internal) should write to David Watt, The Chair of the Executive Committee, at the above address. You will receive an acknowledgement within working five days and a response within two weeks. Stage Three In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied, you can: (External) Request that Poole CVS puts the complaint before an independent arbiter. The choice of arbiter would be agreed between ourselves and you. Request that the Charity Commission investigates the complaint. The Charity Commission is the body that regulates charities; if you wish to know more about them you can look at their website: www.charity-commission.gov.uk.
