        Responsible for attending to in-office advanced computer issues. Contacting manufacturers about
         warranty issues replacing broken laptop screens, hard drives, motherboards , video cards,
         reinstalling operating systems, and various other software issues. Documenting work done on
         computers.
        Responsible for supervising a team of Entry Student Support Technicians, and provide technicians
         with end-of-semester reviews. Evaluations of their work performance and customer satisfaction,
         and giving promotions and raises.
        Creating, and presenting weekly meeting.

     Help Desk Support Technician 1st Line Support                                                   2004-2007
     University Wisconsin River Falls, Division of Technology Services (DoTs)
        Providing phone and on-site hardware and software support.
        Scheduling appointments with users for on -site computer service.
        Cleaning and Maintaining resident hall computer labs, and changing printer toner and
         documenting any problems with the computers.
        Commonly resolved issues include: virus removal, spyware cle aning, installing new hardware and
         software, network troubleshooting, printer setup and troubleshooting, and any other IT related
         issues.
