Branch Surgery Questionnaire
NHS Lincolnshire has advised Drs Fickling & Wass to re-issue a further
questionnaire regarding the application to close Marton and Corringham branch
surgeries. In order to boost the number of responses and target the patients most
likely to be affected, we would be most grateful if you could spare a few minutes to
complete the survey and return to Alison Laming at the Willingham practice, no later
than FRIDAY 20th JULY.
