           Notebook Portfolio Elements
Objective: Submit an ongoing compilation of your work throughout the
  semester in the form of a comprehensive class notebook. It should
represent and reflect the quality and breadth of your leadership skills,
            class work and activities both in school and out.

  o Turn in comprehensive portfolio in a notebook for each grading
    period. This allows instructor to give feedback as this Portfolio is a
    work in progress for the entire semester!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
  o Table of Contents (up to date…this is a work in progress).
  o Complete Resume (See Career Center for template).
  o Autobiography created in a poem format, essay, collogue, or anyway
    to describe yourself and who you are.
  o Calendar of Stadium High events and activities that can be created in
    Microsoft Outlook.
  o Daily journal of Leadership class activities that include your activities
    in class and outside of class-descriptive and complete. I recommend a
    spiral notebook to be used for the entire semester that can be placed in
    a three ring binder.
  o Weekly Work Logs
  o Goal setting material and evidence of use of and accomplishments.
  o ALL class handouts and assignments…especially on curriculum days.
    There will be material that will be used for the entire semester based
    on the “Core Principles” of the leadership program.
  o Evidence of completed projects and forms that you as an individually
    or as a group created and accomplish, or that is in progress. This
    could be in the form of; project planning packet, agenda planning,
    promotional flyer, task list, evaluation, ect.
  o Individual and Independent Book Study reflection.
  o Material from other clubs/activities you lead or are active in.
  o Self-Evaluation and feedback material.
