10,000 Steps® program
This program is great if you’d like to move more, lose a little weight – or both. You’ll discover
how fun it can be to get in shape. We’ll help you step more with a pedometer, emails, articles
and a step calculator. You’ll choose from two options, Lose Weight or Feel Great.

Live Life Well virtual coaching
Tailored and unique to you, virtual coaching will help you fit physical activity into your life and
achieve your fitness goals. Watch, listen and interact online with this fun and motivating
program. The program contains three “conversations” to help you live your life well.

Physical activity health coaching
Work with a health coach who specializes in exercise to discover ways you can move more. Your
health coach helps you set goals that work with your lifestyle and current activity level. You’ll
get the personalized support and encouragement you need to reach your health goals. You may
be surprised at the results you’ll achieve. Plus, you can schedule phone calls when it works best
for you.

TrackWell mobile app
With TrackWell, the wellness mobile app, you can keep track of the physical activities you're
already doing like walking, swimming or even gardening. All with a click on your iPhone, iPad or
iPod Touch.
