I refer you to the full terms of the Report for clarification of its terms but, in
particular, I wish to reassure you that (the School / Service will be reviewing its
processes, as they do for all courses, in relation to the matters you have raised to
ensure that current and future students have a high quality education experience
with all the help, support and information that they need.)
According to the Regulations Governing Student Complaints [2009/10] paragraph
[26 e], in relation to the outcome, my decision is final. At this point the internal
complaints procedure of the University of Southampton has been completed and a
Completion of Procedures letter will be issued.
