Your or your organization must be a resident of Lincoln County or have your main place of operation in Lincoln County. (Individuals, who have projects addressing the Cultural Plan, may only apply if sponsored by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.) We encourage all organizations who apply for Lincoln County Cultural Coalition funds to be listed on the Oregon Cultural Trust website as a recognized and approved organization. Our grants range from several hundred up to one thousand dollars. Please include the following in your application request: NARRATIVE: Please limit your Narrative responses of the following questions to only two pages. Describe your project. Please limit to 300 words or less. What part of the Lincoln County Cultural Plan is being addressed? (See "PRIORITIES, STRATEGIES, BENCHMARKS AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES" from the Cultural Plan, under the Grant Information link on the Lincoln County Cultural Coalition's website: http://lincolncountyculturalcoalition.org/about/plan) Please limit to 100 words or less. List some of your major accomplishments. Please limit to 300 words or less. How many people will be working on the project? Please limit to 100 words or less. Are you collaborating with any other local nonprofit arts, heritage, or humanities organization(s) or individuals? If yes, please describe and provide names and contact information. Please limit to 200 words or less. How will results or success of the project be measured and evaluated? Please be specific. Please limit to 100 words or less. If the project is ongoing, how will it be sustained? Please limit to 100 words or less. Estimate the number of people in the community who will benefit from your project. Please limit to 100 words or less. How would you modify your project if it were only partially funded? Please limit to 100 words or less. BUDGET: Please include a specific budget for this project, listing expenses, income, and in- kind contributions. If this grant is part of a larger project, include sources for other monies, such as sponsors, fundraisers, in-kind donations, etc. Do not submit your or your organization's annual budget. Applicants are expected to obtain significant financial and/or in-kind matching support for grant activities. LCCC will not generally support the entire cost of a specific project. However, if you have any printed brochures or recent newspaper articles that describe the work of your organization, please attach electronic versions up to five examples for this grant application. FINAL REPORT: In applying for this grant, you understand a FINAL OR INTERIM REPORT with numbers of individuals served is a requirement of this process. (Note: organizations that do not turn in the report by the deadline are ineligible to apply for grants the next year.) Funds may not be available until September 20, 2012.
