                         NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
Subject: Implementation of 2 Factor Authentications (2FA) from 06-08-2012

As per the guidelines issued by SEBI, brokers are required to introduce         2 factor
authentications for internet based trading.

Accordingly, we have enabled 2 factor authentication in our trading portal which will be
made operational from Monday the 6th August 2012.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER 03-08-2012 TRADING HOURS, THE TRADING PASSWORD
USED SO FAR WILL BE INVALID AND CLIENT NEEDS TO GENERATE DYNAMIC TRADE
PASSWORD DAILY.

For the information of Canloyal and Canroyal clients, we are furnishing below the
changes in login procedure effective from 06-08-2012.

A. FOR CANLOYAL CLIENTS:

1. PRESENT LOGIN SCREEN BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION OF 2FA
   2. Under the new system of 2 Factor Authentication, on the first login for the day the
      customer has to generate Dynamic Trade Password as explained below. The
      dynamic trade password will be sent by way of Email/SMS to client’s registered
      Email id/mobile Number. Client can login and access the portal only after keying
      in such dynamic password received through email/SMS.

REVISED LOGIN SCREEN AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF 2FA FEATURE




Under the revised screen if the customer is logging in for the first time on the day he
needs to enter existing login id and login password. There after client has to proceed
with word verification and click on login button. The client will be taken to screen of
generate Trade password as under.




On clicking Generate Trade Password, this password will be sent to registered email
id/mobile number of the client, with which the client can login and do trading.

The Dynamic Trade password so generated will be valid till mid night (23.59.59 hours) on
the day of issue.
3. On subsequent login for the same day client can click on

Click here if you already know your trade password and proceed with the trading
password received on first login for the day and access the portal.




   4. In case the password is forgotten, the client has to once again Generate
      Trade password as per step 2 above. The system will once again generate
      fresh Dynamic Trade Password and send to client’s registered email id and
      mobile.

   5. Like wise client has to generate new dynamic password every day and
      follow the above cycle.
B. FOR CANROYAL CLIENTS

In respect of CANROYAL there is only one change.
  1. CANROYAL LOGIN SCREEN BEFORE IMPLEMENTING 2FA




  2. CANROYAL LOGIN AFTER ENTERING CLIENT CODE AND LOGIN PASSWORD IN
     2FA
  Here after entering your existing login id and login password the screen will take you
  to the trading password tab where you need to generate trade password for the first
  time on the day and proceed for log in. The Dynamic Trade password so generated
  will be valid till mid night (23.59.59 hours) on the day of issue.
For subsequent login on the same day, the client can enter the dynamic trade password
earlier generated and proceed for trading.

   3. In case the generated trade password is forgotten, the client has to once again
      Generate Trade password as per step 2 above. The system will once again
      generate fresh dynamic Trade Password and send to client’s registered email id
      and mobile, with which the client can proceed for log in and trading.

C. OTHER IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS.

   1. Clients are hereby advised to ensure that correct email id/mobile numbers are
      registered with us.

   2. To avoid any last minute inconvenience we request the clients to login well before
      market opening time and be ready with Dynamic Trade Password for the day.
