Job Description:

The role of the Administrative Assistant – Sales Department is a support role working
with the VP of Sales & Marketing, National Sales Manager and Key Account Managers.
This role will report directly to the VP of Sales but will be required to assist the other
roles outlined.

The key areas of responsibility of this role will include:

      Coordinating and organizing team and departmental meetings
      Creating meeting agendas and minutes
      Help with travel arrangements
      Reading and analyzing incoming correspondence when required
      Assisting w/ filing corporate, vendor, and customer documents
      Assisting in the preparation of presentations (PowerPoint)
      Help preparing budgets
      Consolidating and preparing reports and business plans (Excel and SAP)
      Coordinating internal conferences
      Creating quotes for key customers
      Preparing and organizing sales samples

Other considerations:

      Reception duties back-up
      Customer-Specific Instructions Administration as requested and Customer
       Service assignments as requested/delegated

Qualifications:

      Certificate or Diploma an asset (preferably in a business field)
      Administration Experience (1 year minimum)
      Live within commuting distance of the Mississauga office
      Retail experience an asset
      Experience with electronics and technical products is an asset
