The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine the suitability of your equipment to satisfy the requirements as stated in

result in the rejection of your proposal.

    with your written proposal.
(b) Identification of all modifications or redesigns to the previously manufactured base vehicle necessary to meet the
    requirements of the specifications. The offeror shall also explain in detail the reasons for the modifications or
    redesigns.
