PORT ALBERNI PORT AUTHORITY Property Administrator The Port Alberni Port Authority invites applications for the full time position of Property Administrator. The Property Administrator, under the direction of the Port Manager/CEO, is accountable for the day-to-day management of Port Authority real estate holdings and property development, insurance and risk management, legal liaison, and Harbour Road administration. This position requires knowledge in property management, client service, and experience in dealing with property related legal matters, building inspectors, fire inspectors, etc. Work experiences, supplemented by post secondary education, would be considered an asset. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgments, multitask, and must have proficient use of current office productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite of products. Organizational needs may require the individual to work extended hours, and respond to emergency situations during evening hours, weekends and holidays.
