 O.Co Coliseum and Oracle Arena are home to the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League and
 the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association, respectively. The Coliseum Complex is
 managed by AEG, the world’s premier private development and management company of stadiums, are-
 nas and recreational facilities. Propark was awarded the management contract for the parking opera-
 tions at the Coliseum Complex in July, 2011.

 model to all arriving guests. The “Raider Nation,” as the Oakland Raiders fans are known, is a unique
 fan base which presents one of the most challenging operations in all of professional sports. Propark
 increased staff training in order to educate the staff on how to enhance the fan experience of over
 60,000 football fans at each home game.
