the implementation of cutting-edge technology.
The company utilizes hand-held revenue control units from Wireless Car Park, allowing for customer
conveniences, such as credit card transactions and bar code scanning. This innovation results in strong
cash control, allows for real time monitoring of revenue at each point of sale and eliminates theft. The
Wireless Car Park system has resulted in a substantial decrease in vehicle ingress times, allowing
Propark representatives to systematically park over 10,000 vehicles in less than three hours. This effi-
ciency allows the Propark staff to focus on delivering the company’s signature premium service delivery
model to all arriving guests. The “Raider Nation,” as the Oakland Raiders fans are known, is a unique
fan base which presents one of the most challenging operations in all of professional sports. Propark
increased staff training in order to educate the staff on how to enhance the fan experience of over
60,000 football fans at each home game.
