ref. FMH HC 11/B/21 - date: 21 March 1857
[from Scope and Content] Letter concerns information relating to the
progress 'made in respect to the adjoining property in Queens Place.' The author
refers to an enclosed note of Mr Hyatt the lessee of the five cottages. Additionally
the letter discusses a meeting with Mr Solomons concerning a share of a
property.

[from Scope and Content] Letter forwards the Draft of Assignment from
Mrs Hyatt to the Trustees of the Freemasons Society which the author requests
the recipient sends to Mrs Hyatt and requests that the 'Letters of administration
to the late Mr Hyatt be sent therewith for my examination.' A summary of the
letter is written on the reverse in another hand, dated 27 November 1857.
