The Assessment Triangle
The Common Assessment Framework encourages practitioners to consider the needs of the child or young person in three key areas (‘domains’):
Development of Child or Young Person (including Health & Learning);
Parents & Carers;
Family & Environmental Factors.
Within each domain are a number of assessment factors:
