TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
COMBINED (Usury Act & National Credit Act)
Effective Date: 1 July 2012
These terms and conditions form part of the agreement which governs the use of the credit card and credit card facility and further
regulates the relationship between the Bank and the cardholder. The use of the credit card and/or the credit card facility will be
deemed as your acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the agreement.
