PERFORMANCE STANDARD
Assist the beverage Supervisor and follow his/her command at all times Ensure all par levels in the all outlet are correct Report any discrepancies to the supervisor is any sign in the logbook Make sure all outlets open and close their shift before leaving the resorts at all times Break and Loss need report need to implement to Beverage supervisor and the Chief Steward for re order Make sure all beverages orders are executed quickly and in the correct order of making Ensure all bars are clean and tidy at all times All the bar associate does not wear any additional jewelry or objects that might fall in to drinks Lady staff please wearing net during working hours to avoid hair fall in to the drinks Ensure that each bar is set up one hour prior to the service and that the bar staff is ready for service Ensure that all outlets are washed and preset ready for the next shift or the next morning Ensure each shift is close correctly Ensure each drink is as per standard recipe and presentation

Assist the supervisor at all times, make sure you follow all her directions and command to ensure a well being and team spirit in the department Ensure that you take care and follow up on all requests made by associate Making sure that the store hold the sufficient stocks for the upcoming high season on a monthly basis Follow up with purchasing concerning slow delivery items and report to the supervisors such matters Create special drink and implement to the service staff and make the up selling
