4. Any shorten stay or date changes must inform the person in charge in Orient Event Service 48
   hours in advance. Original cost will be applied if fail to do so.
5. The free shuttle bus is only suitable for clients who booked the hotel through Orient Event
   Service.

Terms and conditions:
Cancellation policy: any cancellation must be informed 3 days in advance otherwise one night
room charge has to be applied.

No show: if no show, one night room fee will be charged as penalty. Balance payment will be
refunded one week after the show.
