									SCRIPTS FOR INVITING PEOPLE TO YOUR BUSINESS LAUNCH
(These scripts also work when you are RELAUNCHING your business. (Do you have
an empty calendar?) Hosting your own get-togethers can REV UP your business!


When inviting people to your Arbonne BUSINESS LAUNCH, be enthusiastic and
“assume” they’ll attend! Invite by phone or in person, then ‘follow up’ with an
ARBONNE INVITE Email to remind them, and manage your event. Tip, if you
schedule “2” EVENTS, back to back…. one evening, and one daytime or weekend,
you’ll be able to ask an either/or question, instead of a yes/no.

"Hi Mary This is Donna, our kids play soccer together, do you have just a minute?
because I only have ONE QUICK minute too…..Great! I am starting a home based
business with Arbonne, and I’d like to invite you to my launch, so you can see what I’m
doing! (Or, Arbonne just launched SEASOURCE In-home De-tox SPA PRODUCTS,
and I’m launching my spa parties, and I’d love to invite you…I’m practicing, this line
is so incredible, you won’t believe how you feel like you’ve spent a day in the spa!)
   No pressure, lots of fun, pampering and refreshments, I’m keeping the presentation to
30 minutes. It would mean the world to me if you would come and learn what I’m
doing…..I have two dates (give them the dates) which one can you come to? (IF YES)
Great! I’ll email (or drop off to you) the invite, as a reminder, so watch for that. If you
bring a friend, I’ll have an extra gift for you! (IF NO they’re not available) Say, “No
worries, I’ll tell you what, I really need to practice, can I do a one on one with you? I
just need ½ hr, when is a good time for us to get together? This may be a good fit for you,
it may not be, but at least take a look…. Your place or mine? We could also meet at
Starbucks if you’d like.”


SCRIPT FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN
PROMISING YOU A BOOKING
(after same opening) I know you've said you’d host an Arbonne Event, and this is the
PERFECT time with all the incredible Products Arbonne just launched! I'd love to
schedule it with you,because I’ve set some goals for myself, and it would mean the world
to me if you would host in the next couple of weeks. I promise it will be fun and
engaging for you and your guests. We have great ordering specials at our EVENTS, and
the most generous hosting program, that gives you GREAT GIFTS! Do you want an
evening or a daytime get-together?
Can we schedule it NOW? I have an EXTRA GIFT FOR YOU if you schedule in the next
10 days!!

If yes, GREAT!!! And get the date scheduled

If they don't commit, say..........(if they've not been to a presentation YET, or it's been a
while)....Mary, I understand, how about if you come with me as my guest to……(your
choice, another host’s Event, Car presentation, etc.) I'd hate for you to miss out on all
the fabulous products, and opportunities with Arbonne.
If they don't commit say........Mary I understand, can I ask what your hesitation is? Use

Step 1: TAKE A TWO WEEK CALENDAR, AND FILL IT WITH at least 2-3
EVENTS PER WEEK, giving you at least 4 events in a two week period. This will
give you FUEL for your business to LAUNCH!

Step 3: BEFORE YOUR PRESENTATIONS: REVIEW PRESENTATION
TRAINING, and the CLOSE (Dana Collin’s close at www.donna.myarbonne.com,
consultant resources, getting started)

RESULTS of a SUCCESSFUL PRESENTATION:

 *A Happy Host! She’s earned lots of gifts!
 *A pleasant experience for all! (I love to ‘surprise people’ and exceed their
expectations
 Sell / Schedule / Sponsor (3 S’s)
FIRST “S”: SELL…. Clients receive $100 in product for $20 (80% savings) when
they place a $250 retail order! (per our new ARBONNE INVITE PROGRAM!!)
(remember, first exposure, RETAIL….you are a CONSULTANT and deserve to
earn COMMISSION on the sale of the product! Don’t give away your discount at
the first exposure. Remember the law of attraction, if you give away all your profit
at your presentation, does your career look very appealing? You want to be able to
say to the guest who is curious about your business and asks you “Is this very
lucrative, what did you make tonight?” example: “Mary, I’d love to tell you more
about Arbonne’s multiple streams of income! I haven’t added everything up yet, but
I’ve earned approximately $250 tonight (minus my expenses) but that’s just my RIGHT
NOW MONEY, Arbonne also has bonuses, monthly overrides for team building, and
even a white Mercedes benz”
SECOND “S”: SCHEDULE (the lifeline to keeping FUEL in your Business!) Once
the guests have a great experience (know you, like you, trust you) they’ll want to
HOST THEIR OWN EVENT, with all the fabulous HOST REWARDS (see PICK
A PARTY EVENT MENU/HOST REWARDS)
THIRD “S”: SPONSOR….Your goal is to find PROSPECTS at your events. Share
the opportunity, and ask great questions. Your HOST is a great prospect. You’ve
just had a 2nd exposure with her, your building the relationship, and her friends that
booked could launch her business!

Goal at EACH EVENT:
SALES of anywhere from $250-$2000, giving you commission profit of $75 to $700!
SCHEDULE 2-3 EVENTS FROM EACH EVENT
SPONSOR: Identify at least one person that may be interested in building the
business (it’s usually your host, but remember: If your host signs up, YOU are still
the consultant for that event, so YOU keep the commission and sales on your ID,
and SHE (the host) gets the HOST GIFTS. It’s a WIN/WIN! You can give the
bookings from HER EVENT to her, to launch her business. You’ll want to help her
with that first event to get her trained and into momentum!

*Bring a prospect, or a new consultant along to SHADOW your presentation

3rd GOAL: Launch New Business Builders (DUPLICATION)

*Have them host their own EVENT first. Give them a PROSPECTING PACK to
review the opportunity
*Give her the bookings from her event
*Sponsor her online (see the “Sponsoring a new BIZ BUILDER CHECKLIST”
training at www.donna.myarbonne.com, consultant resources, getting started)
*Send her home with the ACTION PLAN WORKBOOK, and the 1-2-3 Getting
started document (on the same site) and make sure they PLUG INTO THE
SYSTEM, listening to the welcome call within 24 hours, and the boot camp
recording within the first 48 hours, before their starter kit arrives. “EARN AS
YOU LEARN”

REMEMBER, THE THREE ELEMENTS OF A SUCCESSFUL SYSTEM ARE:

#1 TEACH THEM HOW TO MEET PEOPLE (Fill out 2008 ACTION PLAN
WORKBOOK)
#2 TEACH THEM HOW TO PRESENT (Have them Shadow you!)
#3 TEACH THEM HOW TO LAUNCH NEW BIZ BUILDERS (they will duplicate
this system that you’ve plugged them into)

Once you have this down, you’ll be a DM MAKING MACHINE, launching at least
One new business builder per month, and growing your MONTHLY OVERRIDE
CHECK in addition to your RIGHT NOW $ Commissions! PLUG INTO
LEADERSHIP TRAINING

When you start promoting District Managers (BUILD WIDE) you’ll start
qualifications for AREA MANAGER
When you start promoting Area Managers (BUILD WIDE) you’ll start
qualifications for Regional Vice President (White Mercedes Benz!)
When you start promoting RVP’s (BUILD WIDE) you’ll start qualifications for
National Vice President
