Supplemental Compression at Kemmerer
On April 8, 2008, the Commission approved Northwest’s request seeking
authorization to utilize its two existing portable compressor units to supplement
compression at Kemmerer when the portable units are not needed for replacing
unavailable compression elsewhere. The supplemental compression could help
reduce shippers’ future OFO obligations.

Annual Facility Reports
Northwest filed its annual reports for 7 exempt replacement projects and 54
blanket certificate projects completed during 2007.

Summer Fuel Filing, Filed February 25, 2008
Northwest’s summer fuel filing proposed: (1) an increase from 1.73% to 1.99% in
the fuel reimbursement factor (Factor) for transportation services, (2) a decrease
from 0.45% to 0.27% in the Factor for storage services at Jackson Prairie, (3) an
increase from 1.26% to 2.03% in the Factor for storage services at Plymouth,
and (4) no change to the 0.00% Factor for services on the Parachute Lateral.
The proposed fuel factors were accepted by the Commission on March 25, 2008.

Housekeeping/Clean-up Filing, Filed April 7, 2008
Northwest made a filing to propose minor tariff and housekeeping changes to the
tariff, impacting 17 sheets. The Commission accepted this filing on April 24,
2008 .
