                MCLE Credit
                ABA programs ordinarily receive CLE credit in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, GU, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY,
                LA, ME, MN, MS, MO, MT, NH, NM, NV, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, VI, WA, WI, WV,
                and WY. These states sometimes do not approve a program for credit before the program occurs. This course
                is expected to qualify for 3.75 CLE credit hours in 60-minute-hour states, and 4.5 credit hours in 50-minute-hour
                states. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of “CLE.” Check
                with your state’s agency for confirmation of a program’s approval.
                Advance Registration
                Registration will close on November 9, 2012. Register through October 1, 2012 and you will save $50 on the
                registration fee.
                Group Registration Discount
                Group discounts are available. For 3-5 attendees from a single firm or corporation, save $50 per person. For 6 or
                more attendees, save $75 per person. Group discounts can be applied to individuals from the same firm but at

                Cancellation Policy
                Requests for refunds will be processed through 5:00 p.m. CST on November 19, 2012. Requests must be
                received in writing via fax or U.S. mail to be eligible. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

                Financial Aid Policy
                A limited number of scholarships are available to defray tuition expense for the Women in Law Leadership
                Academy. Preference will be given to public interest lawyers, government lawyers, law professors, and solo or
